By accessing or using humarains ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
humarains is an AI-powered SaaS platform that analyses product pages for conversion rate optimisation. The Service uses AI models to generate recommendations, copy rewrites, competitor comparisons, and A/B test variants based on product page content you provide.
Analysis results are for informational and advisory purposes only. Actual conversion outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and no specific results are guaranteed.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
humarains offers free and paid subscription tiers (Plus, Pro, Max). Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
EU & UK Consumer Cancellation Right (14-Day Withdrawal Right)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
However, by clicking "Start subscription" or completing checkout, you expressly request that the Service begins immediately. You acknowledge and agree that, to the extent the Service has been performed (i.e. analyses have been run or features accessed), your 14-day right of withdrawal is waived for that consumed portion in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you have not used the Service at all within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@humarains.com with "Withdrawal Request" in the subject line.

Analyses, recommendations, and copy rewrites are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated output. humarains makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of the product page content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Shopify integration allows humarains to read and write product data on your behalf. By connecting your Shopify store, you authorise us to access your store data as described in our OAuth scope disclosure. You may disconnect at any time from your dashboard settings. We do not store Shopify data beyond what is necessary to fulfil the requested operation.
The humarains platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology, is our exclusive property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited right to use the Service as described.
Feedback you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, humarains and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold humarains harmless from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to the consumer rights provisions below, any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
EU & UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country in which you are resident. If you are an EU consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your EU member state. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. UK consumers may contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline or the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body.
