By accessing or using Humarains ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

Humarains is an AI-powered lead conversion platform for small service businesses — including but not limited to tradespeople, cleaners, landscapers, and contractors. The Service reads inbound customer enquiries (via a connected email inbox using IMAP, or a web form), generates personalised quote replies based on your business's pricing rules, and sends approved replies from your own email account via SMTP.
AI-generated replies are for your review and approval before sending. Actual business outcomes — including whether customers accept quotes or book jobs — depend on many factors outside our control, and no specific results are guaranteed.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Humarains offers paid subscription plans (Pro, Max) billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
EU & UK consumers — 14-day withdrawal right: If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, by completing checkout you expressly request that the Service begins immediately. To the extent the Service has been performed (i.e. AI replies have been generated or features used), your right of withdrawal is waived for that consumed portion under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you have not used the Service at all within 14 days, email hello@humarains.com with "Withdrawal Request" in the subject line to request a full refund.

Your email credentials (address, password or app-specific password, and server details) are stored encrypted and deleted immediately when you disconnect. You can disconnect your email account at any time from your dashboard settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Quote replies and follow-up drafts are generated by AI based on the business settings and pricing rules you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing every AI-generated reply before sending it to a customer. By sending a reply, you take full responsibility for its content, including the accuracy of any quoted prices, availability, or service descriptions.
You retain ownership of the business information, pricing rules, and customer data you enter into the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Humarains platform — including its software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology — is our exclusive property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited right to use the Service as described. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that AI-generated replies will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every customer enquiry.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@humarains.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. For EU and UK consumers, mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence also apply and are not affected by this clause. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
